Graduate Surveyor

We are looking for Graduate to join our busy office in Hertfordshire. We will provide the support necessary to pass the APC and ensure that the individual is provided with an excellent range of experience. 

The candidate will have a relevant RICS accredited degree to support their career as a Rural Surveyor. You will be expected to demonstrate that you can work under your own initiative while at the same time work well within a team environment.

School Leaver

The School Leaver will need 3 good relevant A Levels. The candidate will be required to work towards a RICS accredited degree on a part time basis with the view to eventually qualifying as a Rural Chartered Surveyor.

Both candidates will be involved with often complex and rewarding projects for every type of rural property. You will not be pigeonholed into any one department and will quickly take responsibility for your own work load.

Salary will depend on the candidate but is unlikely to be limited for the right person.  We also pay professional subs (RICS and CAAV) and will fund all approved CPD.

The successful candidate will start between July and September 2013 (although there may be some flexibility in this) and will be based at our Little Hadham office just outside Bishops Stortford.
